Haggis Jessop (the cat) doesn't have a mobile phone as instead he gives all his spare pocket money to help look after his feline cousins at Cats Protection. They are given a second chance in life by Cats Protection who look after thousands of cats in their care every year. You can help cats like Haggis through the site Cats Protection.
Looking for accommodation for a group of more than five (as the sixth person would have to share Haggis's basket), you may want to have a look at the following websites:

If you have just been so inspired by our website that you
have put pen to paper, written your resignation letter and intend to move to
France next week, you may want to speak to our friend Sam Lowe, who owns an
excellent property finding company called
A Place in the Alps.
Sam is based in the southern French Alps, near Briancon, 3 hours drive north of
St Auban.
Her company offers a personal and independent property finding service for
English speaking ‘house-hunters’ looking to buy a home or invest in property in
the stunning Hautes-Alpes region of France. They are fully independent of all
local estate agents, acting exclusively for their clients. Their mission is to
make your life as easy, and as stress-free as possible through the process of
finding and buying your very own home in France.
